Refund Policy

If funds are credited to a user's account on Royalwicket, they are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, users can utilize these funds to participate in leagues or contests organized by Royalwicket.

Once confirmed by Royalwicket, a transaction cannot be reversed by individuals using the website's services. However, users may, at the sole and absolute discretion of Royalwicket, cancel a transaction and request a refund of the amount paid under the following circumstances:

• If the user submits a written request to Royalwicket to cancel the payment from the verified email address,
• The cancellation request must be received at least two (2) days before the commencement of the round for which the payment is made, if the payment is for participation in the paid version(s) of the contests;

As previously mentioned, Royalwicket reserves the sole and absolute discretion to refund the transaction amount to the user, considering any applicable cancellation fees and taxes. The refund processing period may range from five to seven (5-7) business days. Users are urged to be mindful of additional terms and conditions that play a significant role in governing the transaction when proceeding with the transaction process.

In case of unforeseen incidents like event cancellations, technical faults, or force majeure, only the entry fee will be refunded, and no claims can be made on winnings based on rank.
